As perfumes, oud oils, and aromatic products are personal-use items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been opened or delivered.

We take great care to ensure every item is authentic, fresh, and securely packaged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
